Legal Disclaimer & Responsibilities
Purpose of Testing
This DNA analysis is conducted for the purpose of providing HIPAA-compliant, proof-positive results. These results may be used in legal, administrative, or personal matters as determined by the client.
Consent & Legal Rights
All tested parties must provide informed consent prior to sample collection. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal authority to request and obtain DNA testing for all individuals involved. We assume no responsibility for any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from improper consent or unauthorized testing requests.
Accuracy & Limitations
Our testing is performed by accredited laboratories to ensure the highest accuracy. While results are highly reliable, no test is 100% infallible. Proof Positive DNA is not liable for interpretation, application, or outcomes based on the results.
Confidentiality
All results and personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Results will only be released to authorized parties.
Client Responsibilities
Ensure the information provided is accurate and complete. Arrange for availability at the agreed-upon mobile collection time. Missed appointments may result in additional fees.
Company Responsibilities
Provide professional mobile DNA collection services.
Deliver results in the agreed timeframe, barring delays outside our control (e.g., lab backlogs, natural disasters, etc.).

Data Protection And Privacy
We take customer data protection seriously and comply with all applicable privacy laws.
Data Collection – We only collect the personal information necessary to perform the DNA test and communicate with you (e.g., contact details, consent forms, and testing data).
Secure Storage – All information is stored on secure, encrypted systems with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
Confidentiality – DNA test results are released only to individuals you have authorized in writing, or as required by law.
Limited Retention – We retain customer data only for the period necessary to fulfill testing and legal record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely destroyed.
Compliance – We adhere to applicable data protection laws, including HIPAA (where applicable) and state privacy regulations, ensuring that your personal and genetic information is handled lawfully and ethically.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Refunds – Due to the legal-grade nature of our NPCC Proof Positive DNA service, all sales are final once an order is placed. No refunds will be issued, regardless of test outcome.
Cancellations – Orders cannot be canceled after purchase, as testing preparation begins immediately.
Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule your mobile DNA collection appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed Appointments – Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in additional fees for rescheduling.
Company-Initiated Changes – In the rare event that we must reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, equipment issues), we will contact you promptly to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
